Objective: Milky Way
Back in San Francisco, I decided to go out for a quick session with a simple objective: "seeing" the Milky Way. I mounted the ASI 385MC camera on a tripod with the fish eye lens that came with the camera. I had it pointing at the zenith and I tried taking pictures with different gain and exposure values, single frames and stacks. I also did dark and bias frames.
