Quick observations with the 7x50

We had another clear day followed by a clear night. I went out around 11pm again setting up on the south facing terrace. It only allow a small slice of the sky to be observed because of the overhanging roof and the tall trees. I could not observe some of the targets in Sagittarius because it had moved up too much in the sky already. The milky way was barely visible with the naked eye.

Observations:

  • M22 Great Sagittarius Cluster
  • M25 Open Cluster - Sagittarius
  • M8 Lagoon Nebula - Sagittarius
  • M20 Triffid Nebula - Sagittarius
